The project envisages construction of four residential blocks of the "Evro'Pa" series, 17 to 23 stories high, with non-residential first floors, with an inbuilt-built on kindergarten, a primary school and an underground parking lot.

The "Evro'Pa" series is a product absolutely new to the Moscow market. These are high quality panel houses, European style. Construction of this type of housing involves a unique façade decoration technology and other technological innovations.

The layouts were designed specifically for the project; there is a wide variety of flats – more than 10 types, from 27 to 114 sq.m. Most flats will be offered to the buyers with high-quality ready-to-live-in decoration.

The complex includes a kindergarten and a primary school, a parking lot, social infrastructure, play and sports grounds. On the first floors of the blocks there will be grocery and other stores, cafeteria and consumer service enterprises, arts and aesthetical education center, chemist's, a sport club. The project involves complex development of the residential area and adjusting territory with sports- and play-grounds, gazebos, landscaping the territory with making lawns and flower-beds, planting trees and bushes.
