The residential complex in the North-Western district of the capital, in the micro-district Northern Tushino is a new comfort-class project within the “LIFE residential quarters” concept of Pioneer Group, uniting 4 residential units in Moscow and 1 in St.-Petersburg.
The right to sign a lease agreement on three plots of land for their complex development with the purpose of residential construction was won at the auction of the Russian Housing Development Foundation in February, 2010. LLC “Investment-development company “MK”, which is part of Pioneer Group, was named the winner.
The project envisages construction of 4 14-17 storied buildings based on standard P-44T projects with individual façade and common areas decoration as well as a range of unique peculiarities from Pioneer Group. The complex will comprise 520 flats from 38 to 88 sq.m. with full key ready original decoration.
The residential quarter will be situated in close proximity to the “Tushinsky” park – favourite recreation place of the residents of the district.
The complex includes a kindergarten, an underground parking lot, social infrastructure on the first floors of the residential blocks, play- and sports-grounds and recreational zones.
The peculiarity of the complex will be the landscaping of adjusting territory. Trees, flower-beds, bushes will create a wonderful atmosphere for outdoor recreation.
