Pioneer group has announced the introduction of the "LIFE residential blocks" concept, which was developed based on the analysis of buyers' prior needs, to the market. The name of the concept LIFE itself contains its main parts:
- Life - comfortable living: location, architecture and infrastructure.
- Investment - prospective investments, special financial conditions for buying housing on early stages of construction.
- Family - family infrastructure: kindergartens and schools, shops, sports grounds.
- Ecology - favourable ecological situation in the LIFE residential districts: parks, ponds, alleys.
LIFE concept is based on everyday life comfort, that is why quality standards for Pioneer Group's projects include everything that will make life comfortable for the buyers of the flats, no matter whether they plan to live in the flat themselves or buy it as an investment.
"Today comfort class segment is one of the most highly demanded and promising housing types, - says Dmitry Otyakovsky, commercial director of Pioneer Group Moscow. - But the notion itself has become too vague. That is why we decided to include the definition of its main qualitative characteristics in the LIFE residential quarters concept and offer the buyers new living standards, so that they will understand clearly, what exactly they will get with a new flat".
All the projects united by the LIFE brand have a number of definite quality standards which provide the basis for this concept by Pioneer Group.
Location: all LIFE units are located in districts with good transport availability, in close proximity to public transport stops and metro stations.
Layouts: layouts of flats in LIFE blocks are very well thought through, without anything unnecessary, which gives the buyers an opportunity to organize the living space according to their taste and at the same time not to pay for extra meters.
Individual architecture: each new project is adapted to the local territorial conditions and the concept of the house.

Developed infrastructure: the territory of LIFE residential quarters is fully provided with commercial (beauty salons, shops, services on the first floors of the complex) as well as social infrastructure (kindergartens, schools, playgrounds).

The visualization of each particular residential block will be different from the basic LIFE brand in the colour choice, based on the metro line on which the unit is situated.
The nearest metro station names will be reflected in the names of the blocks: "LIFE Volzhskaya", "LIFE Shodnenskaya" and "LIFE Mitinskaya".
RC "Lasarevskoye" which is now in the final construction stage will be included into the LIFE residential blocks concept under the name "LIFE Lasarevskoye".
The new multifunctional complex "Yellow Submarine" which the company is preparing for entering in St.-Petersburg will also be marketed in the LIFE segment.
