According to experts, real estate is nowadays "one of the favourite" assets of Russian citizens. Such an opinion was expressed by the participants of the business programme of the Big Real Estate Show exhibition, which took place in a St. Petersburg shopping and entertainment centre "Atlantic City" from December 2 to December 4, 2011. The St. Petersburg sector of Pioneer Group sponsored the business programme of the exhibition.

"The number of people choosing real estate for investment has not changed for many years", said Alexander Pogodin, deputy General Manager of the St. Petersburg sector of Pioneer Group. "At the moment investment in housing or commercial units remains interesting and, most important, reliable. In the long run real estate market brings in sufficient income".

At the exhibition Pioneer Group presented the new multi-functional complex YE'S - flats and apartments. The Big Real Estate Show brought noticeable results. People who attended the exhibition were interested not only in buying housing for residential purposes, but also for investment.
