The construction division of the company includes its own general contracting organization and has all the necessary resources for conducting the whole range of general contract works at the public housing units in Moscow, Moscow region and St.-Petersburg.

PIONEER CONSTRUCTION carries out all the stages of building and construction works, from preparing the permissive documentation to commissioning the unit, systematically increasing the volume of work – from point blocks (business class apartment block “Avangard” ("Vanguard") and the comfort-class apartment-block in Korovinskoye highway) to constructing multi-functional complexes, such as residential complex “Lasarevskoye”.

The company’s work is ensured by all the necessary licenses for all the types of works that are carried out, including General contracting activity on structural works, fulfilling the function of a construction manager.
