About us
PIONEER GROUP is an investment construction organization, founded in 2001.
The company’s primary activity is realization of projects in financing and constructing residential and commercial facilities on the territory of Moscow, St.-Petersburg and of some regions of Russian Federation.
The company carries out the whole complex of operations, connected with creating real-estate units: choosing a site for construction, defining “best use” and developing a concept, marketing, financing attraction, organization and management of construction works, promoting and selling, operation of the constructed real estate units.
Pioneer Group includes the following divisions:
- PIONEER DEVELOPMENT - Moscow;
- PIONEER DEVELOPMENT - St.-Petersburg;
- PIONEER CONSTRUCTION: construction, including our own general contracting organization;
- PIONEER SERVICE: operation of the constructed real estate units;
The organizations making up Pioneer Group have all the corresponding licenses for conducting the majority of different types, including specialized types, of construction works and they operate in close cooperation with federal and local authorities, leading construction sector organizations and large financial-credit institutions.
The main sector the company works in is the urban development of residential real estate units.
Today Pioneer Group’s portfolio includes 11 projects, total floor area more than 600 000 sq.m. Among them 5 residential units are constructed and commissioned in Moscow and St.-Petersburg.
One of the fulfilled projects is the business-class apartment block “Avangard” (“Vanguard”), developed by the project studio “Sergey Kiselev and partners” and built in the south-western administrative district of Moscow, which became an adornment of the Novye Cheryomushki district, standing out brightly among the existing developments. The uniqueness and high estimation of the project were confirmed by victories in prestigious architectural contests ARX Awards and “Golden Section 2007”.
Another fulfilled project – the apartment block “Novy Kolisey” (“New Coliseum”) in St.-Petersburg – is one of the tallest buildings in the historical centre of the city upon Neva river. The project represents the newest technical and functional developments of modern building and construction, which are wonderfully combined with never aging classics.
In St.-Petersburg the construction of a new residential complex “Shuvalovskie vysoty” (Shuvalov Heights”) (105 000 sq.m., end of construction – 4th quarter of 2010) is being completed.
Nowadays Pioneer Group is a modern organization, running a stable and diversified business in the real estate sector, which has developed a number of most interesting and promising projects.
One of them includes the renovation of a production purpose territory in the municipal district Mitino in the southwestern administrative district of Moscow and construction a modern multi-storied residential complex with the area of more than 170 000 sq.m., provided with underground car parks, local commercial and social infrastructure units.
The project of constructing a residential block in the Moscow district of Tekstilshiky is about to be fulfilled. Total area of the development will be more than 90 000 sq.m. The range of works includes the whole reconstruction cycle: from demolishing the old housing facilities to developing the yard area of the new complex and creating infrastructure elements of the block. At the moment designing works are being completed.
In February, 2010, having won at the “RHD” (“Russian Housing Development”) foundation auction, the company acquired the rights to settle the lease agreement on three land plots, constituting one lot, for their complex development for the purpose of residential construction. The site of future development is in the micro-district Northern Tushino in Moscow, its total area is 4, 47 ha. The prospective area of the future residential complex is 45 000 sq.m. The beginning of construction is planned on 2011.
Construction of a new multifunctional complex on Ho Chi Minh street is being prepared in the Vyborgsky district in St.-Petersburg. The complex, which total area of more than 150 000 sq.m., will consist of three main functional zones: the apart-hotel building, apartment blocks and an underground-surface car park. The first construction stage will be fulfilled in 2012. The general deadline of the project fulfillment is planned till 2013.
Pioneer Group is developing a number of promising projects in Moscow and Moscow region on constructing high- and low-rise buildings in the comfort-class segment, which is in great demand on the market in today’s conditions. A lot of attention is paid to providing the most comfortable living conditions in each unit. That is why one of the company’s prior tasks is the introduction of modern construction, resource- and energy-saving technologies, to reduce the time of constructing and reduce costs, preserving the high quality of construction. To achieve that the company diversified its activity in 2009, creating its own construction, production and service divisions.
In 2009 a new area of focus appeared in Pioneer Group: constructing and selling countryside real estate in Moscow region. The company’s plans include low-height construction and complex housing of big territories in Moscow region and in other suburbs with detached and semi-detached houses, creating social and communal infrastructure units, and many other things.
The company connects its future development, among other things, with expanding its geographical presence. In 2009 an agreement with Krasnodar administration was signed, concerning reconstruction of a block in the central area of the city, and this region is also being viewed as potentially interesting for resort real estate construction.
The company constantly improves its work taking into account modern requirements to managing investment projects, the company’s own experience and analysis of experience of other Russian and foreign companies. In 2009 in all divisions of the company new technological concepts on Microsoft platform were introduced to improve the company’s business processes.
