• Project head manager

  Duties

  Site location – m.st. Shodnenskaya.
  Construction of a comfort-class residential complex is planned, total area about 60 000 sq.m.
  Working on the project “from scratch”, carrying out the whole cycle of the town-planning part, demarcation, getting TOR, etc.

  • Coordinating all the work on the project.
  • Preliminary and improved (further) technical-economic assessment of project fulfillment.
  • Participation in developing the concept of the project.
  • Analyzing the completeness and quality of preliminary permissions and legal property documents.
  • Execution (correction) of preliminary permissions.
  • Coordinating agreements with project, construction organizations, controlling the fulfillment of the agreement terms.
  • Controlling project documentation acceptation, checking its completeness and quality.
  • Control over getting TOR, conducting pre-project and project documentation coordination.
  • Controlling the engineering supervision expert over engineering supervision over the process of construction works (with a sign-up in State Architectural-and-Constructional Surveillance Inspectorate), acceptance of the works done with execution of corresponding documentation.
  • Preparing and conducting the necessary tests, inspections, working committees and acceptance committees.
  • Handing the unit and utilities to the service organizations with execution of corresponding documentation.

  Requirements to the candidate

  • Higher education (industrial and civil engineering, civil engineer).
  • Experience of independent project fulfillment as project head manager, head of customer service, technical director in investment-construction companies (with the “Customer-Developer, Investor” functions).
  • Knowledge of the whole cycle of fulfilling an investment project.
  • From 3 years of experience as Project head manager, construction depute manager.
