RC «LIFE-Lasarevskoye» – the best residential complex in Moscow
RC “Lasarevskoye” from Pioneer Group was the winner in the category “The best economy-class unit under construction in Moscow” of the prestigious independent real estate award Urban Awards 2010. The award was delivered on November 25 in The Ritz-Carlton.
The residential complex in the south-west of the capital in the micro-district Southern Butovo is the first project within the «LIFE residential quarters» concept of Pioneer Group, uniting 4 residential units in Moscow and 1 in St.-Petersburg.
The complex consists of four monolithic multi-storied buildings of individual design. Dwelling on the romantic theme of admiral Lasarev’s marine exploits, architects and designers used a colour palette unique for Southern Butovo: snow-white, light-yellow and silver-grey colours.
RC «LIFE-Lasarevskoye» offers 690 high comfort apartments, from 1 to 5 rooms, from 40 to 105 sq.m.
All flats with 2 and more rooms presuppose two sanitary facilities. Moreover, all apartments have double glazing and metal entrance doors. Free layouts give the owners a chance to act as designers and create a unique home – cozy and individual. The buyer chooses the number of rooms themselves. The absence of structural wall partitions and an optimum number of windows allows creating a spacious one-bedroom flat of 105 sq.m., as well as more compact two-, three- or four-bedroom flats.
